Using computational and data visualization methods, I have explored the visual forms of collective memory for various places in Seoul.
I collected 658 photos from Instagram, along with the hashtags, and visualized them using a simple wordcloud function provided by tagxedo and ‘ImagePlot’, a software tool provided by Software Studies Initiative.
